Another silly but great video from the boys. It is Simon Cowell's idea for the boys to cover Blondie's One Way or Another and the song is great. The song was cover for British's charity Comic Relief Red Noise Day which will on 15 March this year. Previous artists that have been released singles for this charity such as Gareth Gates' Spirit in the sky (with The Kumars, seriously see the video, it is so funny) and McFlys' It is all about you (seriously great song and video). The music video was recorded during their tour in Japan, USA and when they visited Ghana for the charity and see how the donation can help to support children in Ghana to get medicine and food. By downloading the song from Itunes or buy it legally, it will help to channel the money to the fundraising. There are also will be TV and Radio programmes which include a lot of celebrities to help generate more fund.
Well, I love the video and the boys are silly and you can see Niall's singing in the shower. Zayn as always look so hot and Harry is cheeky as ever.Whoever said the boys are robotic (yes, I mean you Paloma Faith) can suck it! Enjoy!
Well, finished one paper and another exam paper to go next Monday. Alhamdulillah, today's paper is not bad and feel guilty as I only start to study last Sunday. Yes, as always, last minute study.
In another happy note, One Direction's Kiss You is out and boy I love it. They are silly at their best. They topless, skiing, hot sailors, in the jail and riding bike. My favourite parts are at 2.54 when Harry try to covers his 4 nipples and last part when Zayn kisses Harry haha.
It is like watching their video diaries all over again! Enjoy!
To quote Michael Corleone in The Godfather 2, Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in....that is what I feel with One Direction. I thought I was over with boyband and wanted to listen songs around my age which is ummm No Doubt or at least Coldplay but I guess once you are directioner, you will always be one.
So, I bought their album, the yearbook version. At first I was thinking to download the songs online so I search high and low for android apps but nothing avail even the amazon cloud player because apparently it is still not open to my country (Malaysia, if no one knew). I even download itunes to my laptop but I just scare that it won;t play in my samsung tab, so I guess, I need to but the album then.
So, there I was to the mall with a mission, to buy the album and to mend my broken heart (that is another story) and I found it in one of the music store, bunch of them and I was looking at the price RM 59.90, not bad for colourful yearbook and a cd.
Being a woman, I just go to another music store, you know in case there's cheaper one and after spend the whole day in the mall watching Pitch Perfect and eat, I bought the album, 2 actually as one of my colleagues's 12 years old daughter is a directioner too, yes 12 years old and how old I am?
So, how do I find the album? Love it and love the yearbook as it is easy for me to introduce to my college who is rumoured to dating Taylor Swift and Demi Lovate and which one is Zayn.
Here are some of my favourite songs so far and some of my amateur comments(I love music but I'm not a musician):
C'mon C'mon - I must admit because of this song that I bought this album, and maybe because of the video below which is so hilarious. The chorus is so hook and I just can picture if they making music video it will be in a club or something. I love Harry voice in this song although just one verse, I don't know why.....

I Would - This song was composed by McFly, also, one of my favourite band. It has a story in it and I love the playful whistle in the second verse of the song. I love the rocking guitar in 0:53 in the song as it makes want to jump out my car and dance. Well, I'm happy to hear Loius voice in fact in this album he did sing quite some songs and before his parts there's a part of Liam(based on youtube) sing "Go Tomo Go'. You can hear it at 1:22 of the song. The video for the song should be a story based and maybe Robbie Williams can play the boyfriend with 27 tattoos. Haha

Nobody Compares - This is a second last song from the album. It just easy going fun song and the chorus is hook like hell. It just something you can hum while typing, in fact I'm humming it now. Again, love Harry's voice and for the first time Liam didn't has a verse but just for one song, right Liam? I imagine the video for this song should be the guys performing in the prom or something.

Heart Attack - It just a song that makes you smile especially when Niall shouted "Ow" (again based in youtube comments). love to lip sync in the car. This is Harry's favourite track in the album.

Loved You First- According to MTV's interview, this is Liam favourite song. Mine too. I love the 80's feeling especially in the chorus. It is like the ontinuous of " I Wish" from the previous album.
Loved You First Still The One- Ok this song is started growing on me, and I think the song is quite different from the songs that they did composed it. In the chorus is just got Jamaican/Rihanna vibe for it. I don't know, maybe it just me.

So, these are the songs that I keep repeating so far and I know I will love more songs as the time goes by. I do like "Last First Kiss" and "They Don't Know About Us" but not as much as songs above.

I feel like cougar for this entry but what the heck. Yes, it is about one Direction (again!). I love love love their new video Live While We're Young (LWWY) and they never look so hot especially Zayn Malik. He is looking so hot and playful in the video seriously.
The video is about them having fun in same sort of camp and well, live while they're young. The song is catchy and fun like the summer anthem and the the images are beautiful and vivid. Supposedly, they will lead the video around October but somehow have to show it early as the video leaked online. I do watch the "illegal leaked". Sorry boys.
So far the video has over 14 millions view on YouTube since 2 days ago and I think I do contribute around 10 of the views.

I've been busy, mostly with my study and getting to know myself. I really found out about me that I never realized before this week and I'm getting to overcome it. Hope my dreams come true. Well, since I've joined the world of twitter, first reason is to get to know traffic from @plustrafik and @kltrafficupdate, then come One Direction, of course to stalk them (why don't they reply my tweets ಠ_ಠ). I also got three followers. Who knows, right? So I found out there's a lot of words that youngsters nowadays spoken of and some I'm sure what they mean, so for those who are the same boat as me, I introduce you Social Vocab 101. Fangirling: . 1. the reaction a fangirl has to any mention or sighting of the object of her "affection". These reactions include shortness of breath, fainting, highpitched noises, shaking, fierce head shaking as if in the midst of a seizure, wet panties, endless blog posts, etc. Obviously, if you read my post about One Direction, I do mentioned this word. That is all fangirling all about. Last time during my school year, we are listening to "Pilihan Bersama" on Radio Muzik and turn it out loud when KRU songs were playing. Ok, this is how I feel right now with One Direction (1D). So many nights, before I go to sleep, I will look for the video diaries, a lot of them. Not even they can sing and they are cute, they are also funny as hell. Sometimes, I smile just re-playing their video in head. Which, many of my friends thought whether I'm crazy or I'm in love with someone, which they suspect the second one.
Ok, let me list down, what do I like about them:
1. Bromance- ok, we have Ziam (Zayn +Liam), Niam ( Niall + Liam) and the ever famous Larry Stylinson (Harry Styles + Louis Tomlinson). Some thought they are a real gay couple but they are not. They are just too close. In fact, Louis has a girlfriend and Harry has romance a 32 years old (same age as me) presenter. They hug and kiss each other and even sleep in the same bed, and mind you Harry likes to sleep naked. They are so close in fact I just wonder how on earth Simon Cowell knew that they are perfect for each other, so that is why they are in the group.

2. The songs - a band without good songs are nothing, as they only based they good looks only, I love all of their songs, all of them. Their album is the album that you can play in the car on the journey to "balik kampung" or even to centre visit because I can hear it again and again. The fast song makes you want to jump up and down. In my replay list now is "I Wish"which is sooo sweet song and I love Zayn's and Harry's voice in it. I like the live version like this one and they can sing live just fine.
3. Video Diaries - In the social network world, posters and magazine not so relevant like video diaries, where you can see the band in action, rather that in the photos. I still remember when I'm crazy with boy bands during my teenage years, I have Boyzone poster in my locker, every time I open it I will stare at Stephen and sigh ( that was before I know he is gay) and when I'm fangirling with Westlife, I will browse websites for wallpaper and interesting facts. My computer will have their wallpaper with different photos every week.
But now, I don't feel to have 1D photos as my wallpaper, because I want to maintain professionalism (Office's laptop) and in fact if they on my laptop I can do any work, because I'm busy staring at my screen.
So, I think videos are the great way to feel close with them. They are seriously funny, I mean I never imagined some one's with a good like Louis can be so funny. I love Niall with laugh with everything and his laughter is infectious. His Irish accent is like music in my ears. I also loves Liam accent and his "1,2,3 Flick" It's all about the flick. Zayn has beautiful eyes and I love how he said "Vat's Happening" even they have song for that. Harry, oh Harry he is sooo cute with curly hair and those dimples. He is like so sweet and has sexy voice in spite of being the youngest of the group. I love them all equally ( I think that is the first time) and it will be sad if they are not together anymore because they are perfect of each other.

I can watch it over and over again, perhaps that is why I used up all my broadband data (10G) last month on the third week of the month. Then continue to watch their videos in my tabby.I even keep score about their album which is the first UK Act to debut No. 1 in Billboard 200 and "What Makes You Beautiful" climb up the chart of Billboard 100 up to 11 now. I know they can be No. 1 in few weeks.
So, yes again I say it, I'm obsess with them and the more I admit it, the more I make peace with it as I know although I'm maybe too matured to like a boy band but I don't care anymore. The heart wants what the heart wants. The more I fight it, the more it will be tangled in my head. I just accept it but try not to make it control my life.
I can't wait to see them in Kid's Choice Awards this Monday. I saw some videos of the performance and glad to see they rocks them Even Michelle Obama can't stop clapping and Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez and Katy Perry dance in the crowd. I will fangirling in front of TV tomorrow!
Darn it! Sorry for my curse but I think that that is something I can do. I fell in love with a boyband again, I mean come on, I'm 32 goddamnit, it should happen. I suppose to be mature and love mature song, you know like Adele or even Bruce Springteen, but no I fell in love with the cutest and talented boys, 5 of them, One Direction
They are a British-Irish boy band consisting of members Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson. They were formed on the seventh series of British television show The X Factor. Their album, Up All Night is a massive hits and become the fastest selling album in UK in 2011.
Well, I knew them because, well every Friday I will browser Billboard and UK Top 40 websites, you know just to know who is number 1. Well I think in late September, I found out that What Makes You Beautiful is number one in UK Top 40 chart. Well, never heard of One Direction so I thought I google it and found the band. Well, I thought they are cute and the song is great.
Not until, I heard the song again in the radio that I started to pay attention to them. What Makes You Beautiful has become my favourite song or in the Top played list in Winamp (yeah I love Winamp!). But still doesn't make full impact to me at all. Ok, they great and they cute but that's it. Then, this year in February, while browsing youtube, found out they got another single, One Thing (hmmm, I think the song is ok but still download it to my tabby). I forgot about that song until again, I saw it in MTV, and I listened to it again and instantly I love it so much.
I played before I sleep, in my car, while checking report and the video was short in town of London itself, and they are so handsome. I kmean with Zayn in his suit and Louis in suspender. Love Harry hair and Niall blonde look and Liam is soooo cool. Yeah I probably sound like teenager back there. They have good voices especially Zayn (he is muslim) and others can sing too.
I started to browse youtube for their auditions for X Factor, I think Harry, Zayn and Liam have impressive auditions. I just somehow buffled how Simon Cowell can think to group them together and become more successful than the winner of that season itself, which is I am not sure who it is and frankly, I don't care, not even to google it.
I can't pick up who do like most, like in Westlife I love Kian, Nsync, JC but for One Direction...I can't choose at all. They all cute like buttons and so young, no I'm not a cougar at all....I just wish I was young so that it makes sense.
Well, they are doing well tour in US and I hope that they will be able to have a successful breakthrough in US which Westlife and Take That not able to make it. I think boyband is coming big as The Wanted (more mature and sexy, yes I'm talking about Max) is doing quite well as their Glad You Came singe is number 4 in Billboard 100 Chart. The song is also covered by The Warblers in Glee.
